The two products look adjacent and cost an order of magnitude apart. The difference is what you can do with the deliverable.

Auth, payments, deploy, CI/CD, monitoring, and tests are in scope. The product is built to take a payment from a real customer on day one of launch — not "after a few more weeks of polish."
Minimum, on purpose
