Who We Are

LLL Inc. is a lab — not a consultancy, and not a vendor.

We're a Labuan company under Malaysia's Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (Company No. LL20833, incorporated June 6, 2024), headquartered in Labuan with a branch office in Puchong, Selangor. The team is Japanese-led and bilingual.

In Singapore, we work alongside LikeBird: LLL builds from Malaysia, LikeBird carries market access and credibility in Singapore, and together the two hubs cover ASEAN.

Our North Star

We're working toward something we call jurisdiction-as-a-testbed: turning a jurisdiction itself into a place where AI and information can be tried, not just described.

It starts small and concrete — a local LLM environment people can actually use, not just watch demoed. We're aiming to carry that same approach up to the scale of an island and its jurisdiction: our goal is for Labuan to become a place where AI and information can be tested in the open, with the results shared with whoever comes to look.

Financial free zones exist. Digital nations like Estonia exist. Fintech sandboxes exist. As far as we've found, a jurisdiction built as a shared sandbox for AI and information does not yet exist.

That's the direction we're building toward — not a status we've already reached, and not an arrangement with any government or regulator that has been finalized.

How We Build

We treat AI as something a team has to work with its own hands, not a finished deliverable dropped on a desk. An organization becomes AI-native by doing the work itself — AI that's handed over and never touched stays misunderstood, and unused.

Everything we build stays owned by the client, with no lock-in: your own gateway, your own RAG, a thin harness on top, and tooling that isn't tied to one model. We'd rather show you something running than show you a slide about it.

Where We Sit

Operating out of Malaysia lets us pair Japanese-grade engineering discipline with an ASEAN cost structure. It's a structural position — not a discount we're offering, but where the work naturally sits when quality and cost stop being a trade-off.
